As I stepped inside, I was immediately captivated by the swirling staircase and ornate details that made the atmosphere feel almost magical. Located just a stone's throw from notable landmarks like the Clerigos Tower and the bustling Mercado do Bolhão, Livraria Lello served as a perfect starting point for exploring the rich cultural tapestry of the city. The combination of literature and beauty drew me in, and I found myself losing track of time as I browsed the aisles filled with books in both Portuguese and English, making it a unique experience that transcended mere shopping.
Equally enchanting was a stroll along the riverfront at Cais da Ribeira, just a short walk from Ponte de Dom Luis I, where I could soak in the lively ambiance of the bustling square and the vibrant colors of the buildings.
