Just a short stroll away, the Jardins do Palácio de Cristal offered a peaceful retreat with lush landscapes and stunning views of the Douro River, perfect for some quiet reflection after enjoying the market's lively ambiance. The proximity of significant landmarks like the Soares dos Reis National Museum and the Church of São Martinho de Cedofeita added to the enchantment of the area, as each site held its unique story and artistic treasures.
