During my visit to Porto, I found myself captivated by the rich cultural tapestry of the city, especially at the Portuguese Centre of Photography, located just a short stroll from the iconic Livraria Lello. The museum, housed in a former 18th-century prison, provided a fascinating glimpse into Portuguese photographic history, showcasing various exhibitions that celebrated both contemporary and historical works. The afternoon culminated in a visit to the iconic Ponte de Dom Luis I, a magnificent bridge that offers breathtaking views of the Douro River, and the lively Avenida dos Aliados, where the spirit of Porto truly comes alive. This combination of artistic, historical, and architectural wonders made my experience unforgettable, highlighting the beauty and charm inherent in every corner of Porto.
